The duck egg drying production line is a continuous and automated drying equipment specifically designed for duck eggs (fresh eggs, pickled eggs, and washed eggs). It is widely used in egg product processing plants, salted duck egg factories, vacuum-packed egg enterprises, etc. Its core solution is to address the pain points of low efficiency, uneven drying, and difficult hygiene guarantee in manual drying. Realize the full-process standardized treatment from "feeding → cleaning (optional) → draining → drying → cooling → discharging", laying a foundation for subsequent processes such as pickling, marinating and packaging.
High-efficiency continuous operation: The double-row/multi-row conveyor belt design can process thousands to tens of thousands of duck eggs per hour, with a drying efficiency 15 to 20 times that of manual sun-drying, meeting the demands of batch production.
Uniform and controllable drying: Utilizing hot air circulation and precise temperature control technology, the drying temperature can be adjusted (40-80℃). Combined with wind speed zone control, the surface moisture of duck eggs evaporates rapidly, achieving a drying uniformity of over 98%, avoiding local over-drying or incomplete drying.
Food-grade safety standards: The main body of the equipment, conveyor belts and contact parts are all made of 304 stainless steel, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and complies with food processing hygiene standards. It is equipped with dust-proof and cross-contamination prevention designs.
Strong adaptability: The drying parameters can be adjusted according to the state of the duck eggs (after fresh eggs are washed, pickled, or marinated), compatible with different processing scenarios, and also supports the drying of other poultry eggs such as chicken eggs and goose eggs.
Energy-saving and worry-free: The closed hot air circulation design ensures high thermal energy utilization and reduces energy consumption. Automated feeding and discharging reduce manual intervention. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a residue collection device for convenient maintenance.
