Uniform and controllable drying: Utilizing hot air circulation and precise temperature control technology, the drying temperature can be adjusted (40-80℃). Combined with wind speed zone control, the surface moisture of duck eggs evaporates rapidly, achieving a drying uniformity of over 98%, avoiding local over-drying or incomplete drying.
Food-grade safety standards: The main body of the equipment, conveyor belts and contact parts are all made of 304 stainless steel, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and complies with food processing hygiene standards. It is equipped with dust-proof and cross-contamination prevention designs.
Strong adaptability: The drying parameters can be adjusted according to the state of the duck eggs (after fresh eggs are washed, pickled, or marinated), compatible with different processing scenarios, and also supports the drying of other poultry eggs such as chicken eggs and goose eggs.
