The double-row quail egg shelling machine is a commercial device specially designed for batch shelling of cooked quail eggs. It adopts a double-row parallel shelling channel, combined with flexible rubber rollers/hoses for rotation, pressure paddles/friction, and high-pressure spray cleaning, to achieve continuous feeding, shelling, cleaning and discharging, significantly enhancing production capacity and the integrity of the finished product. It is suitable for scenarios such as food processing plants, marinated egg factories, and central kitchens.
Dual-row parallel operation doubles production capacity: It is more efficient than single-channel models. Common commercial models can handle approximately 100-150 kg per hour (with slight differences due to model and process), making it suitable for medium and large-scale batch production.
Flexible shelling with low breakage rate: The rubber roller/hose works in conjunction with the pressing mechanism to reduce the impact on the egg body. Combined with the cooling and pre-breaking shell process, the breakage rate can be controlled at a relatively low level, and the finished product has a good appearance.
Food-grade material, hygiene standards met: The frame and contact parts are mostly made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant, and complies with food processing hygiene standards.
Strong adaptability and convenient operation: The roller distance and pressing force can be adjusted according to the size of the egg. The process is clear, equipped with water circulation and residue collection, and maintenance is simple.
Continuous operation, labor and material saving: Automatic feeding, shelling, rinsing and discharging, reducing manual intervention, lowering labor costs and raw material loss.
