High-temperature short-time sterilization is carried out by using a double-tank hot water circulation system. First, the water in the hot water tank is preheated to the required sterilization temperature, which shortens the sterilization time. The starting point of the sterilization temperature is high, protecting the product quality.
The hot water after sterilization is recycled to the upper tank. The working medium used in the sterilization process can be reused, which saves steam, energy consumption, sterilization time and the consumption of human and material resources, and greatly reduces the production cost.

The computerized fully automatic control system enables the entire sterilization process to be fully controlled by a computer PLC in one go, eliminating the need for manual operation.
PLC program control, capable of storing over 100 sets of sterilization formulas, achieving standardized sterilization.
Each device can be equipped with an FO value control system. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F values, time-temperature curves, time-pressure curves, etc., can be processed by data processing software and then saved or printed for the convenience of production management and to make sterilization more scientific.
The simulated temperature control system can be set with multi-stage heating mechanisms to preserve its color, aroma and taste as perfectly as possible. The sterilization temperature is precise to ±0.5℃, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of overcooking or incomplete sterilization of the product.
Uniform heat distribution makes it easy to control product quality.
For flexible packaging products, especially large-sized ones, the heat penetration speed is fast and the sterilization effect is good.
